For total operator safety, an automatic thermal overload component shuts the fryer off when it reaches 390 degrees Fahrenheit, and a micro-switch deactivates the whole unit when the element box is removed. The fryer includes four nickel-plated steel wire baskets with cool touch handles so you can start cooking right away. The fry tank is made of stainless steel with carrying handles for easy cleaning, and its durable exterior is built to stand up to the rigors of every-day use.
